Makenzie Ruff (Lucy & The Snow Queen)

Makenzie Ruff is ecstatic to be a part of Giants Fall Theatre Company!! She recently had the opportunity to participate in two live performances with The Carnegie including Godspell as the Bless the Lord Soloist and Silent Scream as Virginia Grace O’Connor. She has also been working with Cincinnati Playhouse in The Park with their Off The Grid Series including portraying Melody Turner in their recent production of Nancy Brew Zoom Dunnit. She is currently a Senior at Northern Kentucky University obtaining a BFA in Musical Theatre. She has accepted a contract through Thin Air Theatre Company based in Colorado as Lorelei Lee in Gentlemen Prefer Blondes and Sylvia Pheasant in Under the Colorado Moon succeeding her graduation. Some of her favorite credits include Cabaret (Sally Bowles), Pride and Prejudice (Lydia Bennet), Casper the Friendly Musical (Bettina Morgenster), and American Idiot (Extraordinary Girl). She is eternally grateful to her Mom, Dad, family, and friends for their undying support regarding her success in the arts. She wants to remind you to always Dare Greatly and can’t wait for you to see the show!

David Derringer

David is excited to be bringing this show back to life after first touring The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe with AD Players in Houston, TX! David has had the honor of performing and teaching across the country in such companies as Colorado Shakespeare Festival (2017-2018), Texas Shakespeare Festival (2016), and the Cincinnati Shakespeare Company (2019-2020). Some of his favorite performances include A Midsummer Night's Dream (Bottom, Demetrius, Lysander, Flute, Cobweb), Macbeth (Macbeth), and Romeo & Juliet (Mercutio) at CincyShakes, Loves Labour's Lost (Dumaine, King and Boyet u.s.), Cyrano de Bergerac (Ligniere, Ensemble), Julius Caesar (Trebonius, Brutus u.s.), and Taming of the Shrew (Tailor, Pedant, Biondello u.s.) at Colorado Shakes! Now he is ready and well prepared to be a positive influence on the youth of Greater Cincinnati.
